What the site is for

The landing page contains information about Klava and interactive demos of planned product features. App screens, profiles, metrics, and AI actions on the site are for demonstration purposes.

The landing page has no accounts, paid services, or option to enter into a subscription agreement. The web app’s terms will be published separately before its public launch.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security restrictions, gain unauthorized access, use automated tools to place excessive load on the site, or use site materials in violation of the law or third-party rights

Rights to site materials

Klava’s design, text, illustrations, mascots, code, and brand identifiers belong to the site owner or are used lawfully by the owner. Viewing the site does not grant you rights to use these materials commercially.

Age

The content is primarily intended for users ages 14 and up. Users under 18 should involve a legal representative in any actions that legally require that representative’s consent.

Third-party services

The site includes links to the web app and Telegram. Their availability, content, and data processing are governed by the respective services’ documents. The site owner does not control how third-party platforms operate.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided for informational purposes “as is.” The owner works to keep the materials accurate and available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, or that product development plans will remain unchanged.
